Mike Fox
Mike Fox joined GEM in 2011 and is a Senior Vice President on the asset management team for GEM Realty Properties, with a focus on office, development, and student housing sectors as well as specialty asset classes, such as studios and research and development properties. Mike is involved in all facets of asset management including development, renovation, leasing, management, financing decisions, budget review and approval, and asset disposition.
Prior to joining GEM, Mike worked for RSM McGladrey as part of their outsourced financial reporting group servicing GEM Realty Properties, and before that he was an Auditor in the real estate group at KPMG.
Mike received a Master of Accounting Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
