Kevin Freije
Kevin Freije joined GEM in 2022 and is a Vice President on the acquisitions team for GEM Realty Properties. In this role, Kevin is primarily focused on underwriting, transaction execution, and sourcing private-market real estate opportunities.
Prior to joining GEM, Kevin was a Senior Analyst at USAA Real Estate, where he focused on underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution for multifamily and senior housing development projects. Additionally, Kevin serves on GEM’s Charitable Contributions Committee.
Kevin serves on the Young Professionals Board of Hope Chicago. He received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University.
