Joseph Popielarz
Joe Popielarz joined GEM in 2024 and is a Vice President on the asset management team for GEM Realty Properties. He is involved in all facets of asset and portfolio management including development, renovation, leasing, management, financing decisions, budget review and approval, and asset disposition. In this role, Joe supports both asset and portfolio-level management of GEM’s private-market real estate investments.
Prior to joining GEM, Joe was an Associate at L3 Capital, where he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management. Before that, he held asset management roles at Jamestown and Brixmor Property Group.
Joe received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
