Jonathan Copeland
Jonathan Copeland joined GEM in 2016 and is a Vice President on the asset management team for GEM Realty Properties. He is involved in all facets of asset management including development, renovation, leasing, management, financing decisions, budget review and approval, and asset disposition across a portfolio of hospitality and senior living investments. Additionally, Jonathan serves on GEM’s Charitable Contributions Committee.
Jonathan serves as an officer of the Rebecca A. Copeland Foundation for Social Justice and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Soil and Soul. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
