John Buck
John Buck joined GEM in 2021 and is a Vice President on the acquisitions team for GEM Realty Properties. In this role, John is primarily focused on underwriting, transaction execution, and sourcing private-market real estate opportunities.
Prior to joining GEM, John was an Associate in the commercial real estate advisory group at Stagecoach Partners, where he focused on underwriting and financial due diligence for asset and portfolio level transactions.
John received a Bachelor of Science in Business with dual majors in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
