Jeff Tidona
Jeff Tidona joined GEM in 2025 and is a Vice President valuation and portfolio management for GEM Realty Properties. In this role, Jeff primarily focuses on performance measurement, portfolio management, and investor reporting.
Prior to joining GEM, Jeff was a Vice President of Portfolio Management & Debt Capital Markets at Penzance and before that, he was an Associate for the investments team, working across acquisitions, dispositions and asset management. Prior to Penzance, Jeff was an Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Accounting from College of William & Mary.
