Gladys Falcon joined GEM in 2003 and is a Vice President focused on firmwide compliance. Prior to this role, Gladys was a trader for GEM Realty Securities and supported investor services.
Before joining GEM, Gladys worked as a Sales Assistant at Lehman Brothers.
Gladys earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
