Brad Caldwell
Brad Caldwell joined GEM in 2008 and is the Co-Chief Investment Officer of GEM Realty Securities. Brad has joint portfolio management and investment strategy decision-making authority over the GEM Realty Securities portfolios. He works across GEM’s platform to identify and prioritize investment opportunities, primarily focusing on lodging, leisure, infrastructure, and real estate related sectors. Additionally, Brad serves on the Investment Committee where he is involved in setting firmwide investment strategy.
Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Leeds School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Colorado.
