Adam DeBoey
Adam DeBoey joined GEM in 2018 and is a Senior Managing Director on the acquisitions team for GEM Realty Properties. In this role, Adam sources private-market real estate opportunities, negotiates investment terms, and coordinates acquisition due diligence efforts. Additionally, he serves on the Investment Committee, where he is involved in setting firmwide investment strategy.
Prior to joining GEM, Adam was a Senior Vice President at LaSalle Investment Management, where he focused on multifamily, office, and retail acquisitions, and before that he was a member of the real estate investment banking team at Goldman Sachs.
Adam received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University.
