To positively impact our tenants, employees, and communities in which we live and invest, we focus on the following strategic D&I priorities:

Communicate

Our leadership team sets goals, implements tactics, and tracks metrics that hold us accountable for measuring progress and achieving results. We utilize cultural competency tools, employee engagement and belonging surveys, and firmwide demographic data to track progress.

Attract

We ensure equitable hiring practices by providing in-depth unconscious bias and interview training to our leaders. We work to expand access to careers in real estate investment and financial services through partnerships and internships.

Engage

We promote a culture of connection and unity through volunteering in our community, planning regular social events, and engaging our dynamic and highly involved Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee (DISC).

Develop

We focus on fostering inclusion by advancing our employees’ knowledge through firmwide educational workshops, curated D&I resources, and regular newsletters. We are committed to developing the skills required to ensure an affirming and productive culture.
