Sarah Thompson
Sarah Thompson joined GEM in 2023 and is the Head of People & Culture. In this role, Sarah oversees GEM’s broader human resources function, including professional development, talent management, and talent acquisition, and co-leads GEM’s inclusion initiatives.
Prior to joining GEM, Sarah was the Vice President of Talent Development at Antares Capital, and before that she held leadership roles at Cboe Global Markets and CME Group in human resources.
Sarah received a Master of Arts in International Economic Development from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
