Jake Randle
Jake Randle joined GEM in 2022 and is an Associate on the acquisitions team for GEM Realty Properties. In this role, Jake is primarily focused on underwriting and transaction execution of private-market real estate opportunities.
Prior to joining GEM, Jake was an Acquisitions Associate at Heitman, where he focused on evaluating investment opportunities across various sectors.
Jake received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
