Andrew Franklin
Andrew Franklin joined GEM in 2005 and is Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. In his role as Co-Chief Operating Officer, Andrew has broad corporate operations responsibilities. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees accounting, financial reporting, valuations, tax structuring and filings, and cash management for GEM Realty Properties as well as valuation and performance measurement for GEM Realty Securities. Andrew is also a member of GEM’s Risk and Valuation Committees.
Prior to joining GEM, Andrew worked for ZS Associates as an Associate Consultant.
Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
