Tamir Tuvden
Tamir Tuvden joined GEM in 2025 and is an Associate on the Asset Management team for GEM Realty Properties. In this role, Tamir supports both asset and portfolio-level management of GEM’s private-market real estate investments.
Prior to joining GEM, Tamir was an associate on the asset management team at Logistics Property Company where he covered an industrial portfolio. Prior to that, Tamir was a senior analyst at Brixmor Property Group.
Tamir has a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University.
