Emily Huang
Emily Huang joined GEM in 2025 and is a Vice President on the investment team for GEM Realty Securities. In this role, Emily identifies and analyzes public investment opportunities, primarily in the residential, healthcare, and net lease sectors.
Prior to joining GEM, Emily was an investment analyst at Landmark Investment Partners and Zimmer Partners covering residential, healthcare, storage, and retail REITs and operators. Prior to that, she was a research associate at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
Emily received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
